IT Consulting Services.

We’ll represent your Information Services Division in internal County meetings, user groups, vendor meetings, and other internal and external activities as required. We’ll provide timely review, comments and recommendations for any requests for information technology hardware, software and services by County entities.

IT Support Services.

We’ll answer and respond to any support requests that can be handled by onsite staff.

Enterprise IT Management.

We’ll work with the Director of Administration and Director of Fiscal Affairs to create and maintain policies and procedures governing the access, use, and control of data and information. We’ll manage the performance of manufacturers and suppliers, including quality of merchandise, customer service, delivery time, and more.

Technology Consulting Services.

We’ll perform a technology needs analysis, identifying appropriate technologies and products that meet your needs and select appropriate hardware and software to provide the solution.  We’ll recommend processes to improve the efficiency of your systems and business operations.

Systems & Infrastructure Management.

We’ll provide Service Desk management software, diagnostic tools, remote access tools, automatic software distribution tools, and software development tools. We’ll set technical direction and establish specifications and recommendations for hardware and software.  We’ll act as a focal point for all County technical, and Information Services business issues.

Continuous Improvement Program.

We’ll create standard configurations and specifications, and review them annually.  We’ll provide updates to incorporate products that will maximize their value to your County. We’ll develop and implement a continuous improvement program to increase Vendor performance against their contract, and improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.
